Title: Investment Banking Analyst, Industrials

Job Overview:
Cascadia is seeking an Experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our Industrials team. The Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day execution of M&A and capital raising client engagements, management of analysts, and the creation and review of marketing materials and financial models. 

Responsibilities 
Analysts are responsible for developing and reviewing financial and valuation models, drafting information memorandums and management presentations, managing due diligence efforts working directly with management teams and buyer/seller groups, and researching industry trends, companies and M&A counterparties. 
The Ideal Candidate

  • 1-2 years of investment banking or related industry experience
  • Excellent financial and data analysis skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and passion for investment banking
  • Critical/strategic thinking capability 
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, strong ability to collaborate and deliver solution-based results
  • Outstanding quantitative and technical skills, including strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Basic accounting knowledge 
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, proactive work habits
  • An effective communicator, able to adapt communication style to different audiences
  • Outstanding client service mindset and capabilities
  • BA/ BS degree 

This is a hybrid role. The base salary range for this job is $85-95K. In addition to base salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
