Title: Vice President, Investment Banking
Job Overview:
Cascadia is seeking a Vice President to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join our firm and play a key role in Cascadia’s continued growth and success. The Vice President takes the lead on most aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence, marketing materials, client communication, structuring and negotiations. The VP will also play a key role in business development, marketing outreach, client pitches. Typical advisory transactions include sell-side M&A and capital raises on behalf of middle market privately held clients.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid role. The base salary for this job is $ $175,000. In addition to base salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
