Title: Marketing Coordinator

Reporting To: Director of Marketing

Cascadia is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting content creation initiatives, maintaining our website, and actively managing our brand image across various channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Creating and coordinating the publishing and distribution process of various types of content, activities, and campaigns, including deal announcements, newsletters, research reports, thought leadership articles, and event communications.
    • Managing and maintaining contact distribution lists on Cascadia’s CRM platform.
  • Website Maintenance:
    • Monitoring and updating website content regularly; uploading, editing, and publishing content such as team bios, news, articles, images, transaction tombstones, and other website content.
    • Tracking website performance metrics and supporting SEO strategies to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
    • Assisting and working collaboratively with the marketing team and bankers to leverage LinkedIn as a marketing vehicle.
  • Brand Management & Marketing Materials:
    • Reviewing and updating materials to maintain brand consistency in all marketing collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, fact sheets, banker lists, etc.
    • Creating new marketing collateral for special purposes, activities, and campaigns.
  • Support for General Marketing Functions:
    • Assisting in event coordination, and execution of conferences, and other hosted events, as needed.
    • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to create marketing materials and promotional items for events, sponsorships, presentations, and other marketing activities.
    • Supporting the marketing plans and objectives of our individual investment banking teams
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Working closely with cross-functional teams including operations and accounting, as well as industry and product banking groups to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborating with external partners such as agencies, freelancers, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and projects.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • 4 + years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within financial services or investment banking
  • Creativity with superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as an extremely high attention to detail
  • Proven project management skills with ability to track and maintain multiple initiatives with different stakeholders, timelines, scale, and scope.
  • Prior experience and confidence in working with senior executives
  • Strong aptitude with technology; specifically, software and tools related to website maintenance, event management, CRM/databases and email marketing.
  • Proficient within the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe Products (Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Express, etc.)

The base salary range for this job is $85000-$100000 In addition to base salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
